Units Sold
There was an increase in total units sold in July, with 44 sold this month in Accomack County Real Estate versus 38 last month, an increase of 16%. This month's total units sold was lower than at this time last year, a decrease of 8% versus July 2024.

Active Inventory
Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 57 units or 23%. The total number of active inventory this July was 308 compared to 251 in July 2024. This month's total of 308 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 318, a decrease of 3%.

Median Sale Price
Last July, the median sale price for Accomack County Homes was $280,000. This July, the median sale price was $265,000, a decrease of 5% or $15,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 15% lower than in June.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.
