There was a decrease in total units sold in July, with 448 sold this month in Camden County Real Estate versus 538 last month, a decrease of 17%. This month's total units sold was lower than at this time last year, a decrease of 14% versus July 2024.

Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 154 units or 20%. The total number of active inventory this July was 935 compared to 781 in July 2024. This month's total of 935 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 930, an increase of 1%.

Last July, the median sale price for Camden County Homes was $348,500. This July, the median sale price was $360,000, an increase of 3% or $11,500 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 4% lower than in June.
