Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 103 units or 14%. The total number of active inventory this March was 827 compared to 724 in March 2024. This month's total of 827 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 819, an increase of 1%.

Last March, the median sale price for Brigantine and Atlantic City Homes was $400,000. This March, the median sale price was $250,000, a decrease of $150,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is lower than in February.
