The number of units sold remained stable in July, with 260 sold this month in Atlantic County Real Estate. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 3% versus July 2024.

Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 365 units or 17%. The total number of active inventory this July was 2,527 compared to 2,162 in July 2024. This month's total of 2,527 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 2,470, an increase of 2%.

Last July, the median sale price for Atlantic County Homes was $327,000. This July, the median sale price was $385,000, an increase of 18% or $58,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 7% lower than in June.

This month there were 472 homes newly listed for sale in Atlantic County compared to 460 in July 2024, an increase of 3%. There were 274 current contracts pending sale this July compared to 284 a year ago. The number of current contracts is 4% lower than last July.
