Units Sold

Last December, the median sale price for Atlantic County Homes was $330,000. This December, the median sale price was $362,500, an increase of 10% or $32,500 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 1% higher than in November.

In December, the average sale price in Atlantic County was 96.5% of the average list price, which is similar compared to a year ago.

This month, the average number of days on market was 53, higher than the average last year, which was 40, an increase of 33%.
