This month's total units sold was lower than at this time last year, a decrease of 24% versus February 2024.

Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 12 units or 4%. The total number of active inventory this February was 312 compared to 300 in February 2024. This month's total of 312 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 324, a decrease of 4%.

Last February, the median sale price for Hyattsville, Brentwood, Bladensburg, and Mount Rainier Homes was $402,500. This February, the median sale price was $435,000, an increase of 8% or $32,500 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 7% higher than in January.
