Units Sold
There was an increase in total units sold in February, with 28 sold this month in Dorchester County Real Estate versus 26 last month, an increase of 8%. This month's total units sold was lower than at this time last year, a decrease of 15% versus February 2024.

Median Sale Price
Due to the relatively small number of units sold, the median sale price showed significant change this month. Last February, the median sale price for Dorchester County Homes was $220,475. This February, the median sale price was $290,000, an increase of $69,525 compared to last year. The current median sold price is higher than in January.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.

This month, the average number of days on market was 54, higher than the average last year, which was 47, an increase of 15%.
