Units Sold
There was an increase in total units sold in July, with 1,002 sold this month in Anne Arundel County Real Estate versus 994 last month, an increase of 1%. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 7% versus July 2018.

Median Sale Price
Last July, the median sale price for Anne Arundel County Homes was $350,000. This July, the median sale price was $365,000, an increase of 4% or $15,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 3% lower than in June.

In July, the average sale price in Anne Arundel County was 99.0% of the average list price, which is similar compared to a year ago.

This month, the average number of days on market was 49, higher than the average last year, which was 43, an increase of 14%.
