There was an increase in total units sold in March, with 54 sold this month in Aberdeen, Belcamp, and Havre De Grace Real Estate versus 50 last month, an increase of 8%. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 10% versus March 2024.

Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 58 units or 60%. The total number of active inventory this March was 154 compared to 96 in March 2024. This month's total of 154 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 145, an increase of 6%.
