There was a decrease in total units sold in July, with 124 sold this month in Quakertown, Perkasie, and Northern Bucks County Real Estate versus 131 last month, a decrease of 5%. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 14% versus July 2024.

Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is lower by 31 units or 15%. The total number of active inventory this July was 172 compared to 203 in July 2024. This month's total of 172 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 162, an increase of 6%.

Last July, the median sale price for Quakertown, Perkasie, and Northern Bucks County Homes was $490,000. This July, the median sale price was $506,800, an increase of 3% or $16,800 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 1% lower than in June.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.
