There was an increase in total units sold in June, with 61 sold this month in Gettysburg, Fairfield, and Western Adams County Real Estate versus 46 last month, an increase of 33%. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 24% versus June 2024.

Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 30 units or 25%. The total number of active inventory this June was 148 compared to 118 in June 2024. This month's total of 148 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 150, a decrease of 1%.

Last June, the median sale price for Gettysburg, Fairfield, and Western Adams County Homes was $384,990. This June, the median sale price was $395,000, an increase of 3% or $10,010 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 14% higher than in May.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.

In June, there was 2.4 months of supply available in Gettysburg, Fairfield, and Western Adams County. The amount of supply is similar compared to a year ago.
