Units Sold
There was a decrease in total units sold in February, with 289 sold this month in Delaware County Real Estate versus 332 last month, a decrease of 13%. This month's total units sold was lower than at this time last year, a decrease of 14% versus February 2018.

Active Inventory
Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is lower by 574 units or 32%. The total number of active inventory this February was 1,228 compared to 1,802 in February 2018. This month's total of 1,228 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 1,278, a decrease of 4%.

Median Sale Price
Last February, the median sale price for Delaware County Homes was $175,000. This February, the median sale price was $211,500, an increase of 21% or $36,500 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 8% higher than in January.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.

In February, the average sale price in Delaware County was 97.3% of the average list price, which is similar compared to a year ago.

This month, the average number of days on market was 65, lower than the average last year, which was 68, a decrease of 4%.
