Units Sold
There was a decrease in total units sold in February, with 343 sold this month in Delaware County Real Estate versus 449 last month, a decrease of 24%. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 4% versus February 2019.

Active Inventory
Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is lower by 356 units or 28%. The total number of active inventory this February was 927 compared to 1,283 in February 2019. This month's total of 927 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 1,004, a decrease of 8%.

Median Sale Price
Last February, the median sale price for Delaware County Homes was $200,000. This February, the median sale price was $221,000, an increase of 11% or $21,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 13% higher than in January.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.

In February, the average sale price in Delaware County was 97.7% of the average list price, which is similar compared to a year ago.

This month, the average number of days on market was 54, lower than the average last year, which was 57, a decrease of 5%.
