This month's total of 383 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 375, an increase of 2%.

Last June, the median sale price for Margate City, Ventnor City, and Longport Homes was $849,500. This June, the median sale price was $999,999, an increase of 18% or $150,499 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 19% higher than in May.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.

In June, there was 12.8 months of supply available in Margate City, Ventnor City, and Longport, compared to 9.5 in June 2024. That is an increase of 35% versus a year ago.

In June, the average sale price in Margate City, Ventnor City, and Longport was 94.1% of the average list price, which is 1.6% lower than at this time last year.

This month, the average number of days on market was 52, lower than the average last year, which was 53, a decrease of 2%.
