Median Sale Price
Last March, the median sale price for Roanoke County and Salem City Homes was $245,000. This March, the median sale price was $284,950, an increase of 16% or $39,950 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 2% higher than in February.

In March, the average sale price in Roanoke County and Salem City was 98.9% of the average list price, which is similar compared to a year ago.
