Units Sold
There was an increase in total units sold in May, with 14 sold this month in Northampton County Real Estate versus 12 last month, an increase of 17%. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 8% versus May 2024.

Active Inventory
Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 24 units or 21%. The total number of active inventory this May was 140 compared to 116 in May 2024. This month's total of 140 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 132, an increase of 6%.

Median Sale Price
Due to the relatively small number of units sold, the median sale price showed significant change this month. Last May, the median sale price for Northampton County Homes was $287,500. This May, the median sale price was $372,500, an increase of $85,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is lower than in April.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.
