Units Sold

This month's total of 146 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 143, an increase of 2%.

Median Sale Price
Due to the relatively small number of units sold, the median sale price showed significant change this month. Last September, the median sale price for Northampton County Homes was $644,500. This September, the median sale price was $350,000, a decrease of $294,500 compared to last year. The current median sold price is lower than in August.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.

This month, the average number of days on market was 100, higher than the average last year, which was 89, an increase of 12%.
