Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is lower by 4 units or 5%. The total number of active inventory this May was 74 compared to 78 in May 2024. This month's total of 74 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 86, a decrease of 14%.

Last May, the median sale price for Louisa County Homes was $380,000. This May, the median sale price was $419,975, an increase of 11% or $39,975 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 9% higher than in April.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.

In May, there was 3.1 months of supply available in Louisa County, compared to 2.4 in May 2024. That is an increase of 30% versus a year ago.
