This month's total of 657 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 700, a decrease of 6%.

Last May, the median sale price for Allegheny West, Strawberry Mansion, and Hartranft Homes was $140,000. This May, the median sale price was $184,250, an increase of $44,250 compared to last year. The current median sold price is lower than in April.
