This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 15% versus September 2024.

Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 53 units or 20%. The total number of active inventory this September was 313 compared to 260 in September 2024. This month's total of 313 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 304, an increase of 3%.

Last September, the median sale price for Mays Landing, Hammonton, and Western Atlantic County Homes was $315,000. This September, the median sale price was $371,000, an increase of 18% or $56,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 3% higher than in August.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.
