Last April, the median sale price for Cape May County Homes was $690,000. This April, the median sale price was $654,995, a decrease of 5% or $35,005 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 17% higher than in March. Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median. |

This month there were 314 homes newly listed for sale in Cape May County compared to 302 in April 2024, an increase of 4%. There were 195 current contracts pending sale this April compared to 217 a year ago. The number of current contracts is 10% lower than last April. |
