Units Sold
There was an increase in total units sold in July, with 102 sold this month in Rockingham County Real Estate versus 93 last month, an increase of 10%. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 2% versus July 2024.

Active Inventory
Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 62 units or 30%. The total number of active inventory this July was 271 compared to 209 in July 2024. This month's total of 271 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 283, a decrease of 4%.

Median Sale Price
Last July, the median sale price for Rockingham County Homes was $230,000. This July, the median sale price was $280,000, an increase of 22% or $50,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 17% higher than in June.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.

In July, the average sale price in Rockingham County was 99.0% of the average list price, which is 0.8% higher than at this time last year.

Days on Market
This month, the average number of days on market was 45, lower than the average last year, which was 50, a decrease of 10%.
