There was a decrease in total units sold in August, with 75 sold this month in La Plata, Indian Head, and Bryans Road Real Estate versus 84 last month, a decrease of 11%. This month's total units sold was lower than at this time last year, a decrease of 13% versus August 2024.

Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 29 units or 18%. The total number of active inventory this August was 188 compared to 159 in August 2024. This month's total of 188 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 221, a decrease of 15%.
