Units Sold

This month's total of 2,901 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 2,987, a decrease of 3%.

Median Sale Price
Last February, the median sale price for Delaware Homes was $380,000. This February, the median sale price was approximately the same at $399,900. The current median sold price is 5% higher than in February 2024.

In February, the average sale price in Delaware was 99.4% of the average list price, which is similar compared to a year ago.

This month, the average number of days on market was 50, higher than the average last year, which was 44, an increase of 14%.
