Units Sold

Median Sale Price
Last July, the median sale price for Delaware Homes was $395,482. This July, the median sale price was approximately the same at $422,000. The current median sold price is 7% higher than in July 2024.

In July, the average sale price in Delaware was 99.2% of the average list price, which is 1.0% lower than at this time last year.

This month, the average number of days on market was 43, higher than the average last year, which was 37, an increase of 16%.
