There was a decrease in total units sold in January, with 842 sold this month in Delaware Real Estate versus 1,130 last month, a decrease of 25%. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 13% versus January 2024.

This month's total of 2,782 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 2,968, a decrease of 6%.

Last January, the median sale price for Delaware Homes was $380,495. This January, the median sale price was $395,000, an increase of 4% or $14,505 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 1% lower than in December.
