There was an increase in total units sold in December, with 29 sold this month in Caroline County Real Estate versus 26 last month, an increase of 12%. This month's total units sold was higher than at this time last year, an increase of 21% versus December 2023.

Due to the relatively small number of units sold, the median sale price showed significant change this month. Last December, the median sale price for Caroline County Homes was $304,950. This December, the median sale price was $350,000, an increase of $45,050 compared to last year. The current median sold price is higher than in November.
