Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 29 units or 26%. The total number of active inventory this June was 139 compared to 110 in June 2024. This month's total of 139 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 174, a decrease of 20%.

Last June, the median sale price for Purcellville, Lovettsville, and Western Loudoun County Homes was $825,000. This June, the median sale price was $880,000, an increase of 7% or $55,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 5% lower than in May.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.
