Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 232 units or 5%. The total number of active inventory this September was 4701 compared to 4,469 in September 2024. This month's supply remained stable as compared to last month.

Last September, the median sale price for Philadelphia County Homes was $259,950. This September, the median sale price was $259,000, which is similar compared to a year ago. The current median sold price is 6% lower than in August.

Median sale price is the middle sale price in a given month. The same number of properties are above & below the median.

In September, there was 4.2 months of supply available in Philadelphia County. The amount of supply is similar compared to a year ago.
