Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is higher by 11 units or 15%. The total number of active inventory this June was 83 compared to 72 in June 2024. This month's total of 83 is higher than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 78, an increase of 6%.

Last June, the median sale price for Littlestown, New Oxford, and Eastern Adams County Homes was $320,000. This June, the median sale price was $310,000, a decrease of 3% or $10,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 2% lower than in May.
