Units Sold
There was a decrease in total units sold in August, with 23 sold this month in Ocean City Real Estate versus 31 last month, a decrease of 26%. This month's total units sold was lower than at this time last year, a decrease of 8% versus August 2017.

This August, the median sale price was $230,000, a decrease of $85,000 compared to last year. The current median sold price is lower than in July.
